What is Striggler?
Striggler is a place for anyone who has ever written an essay. The idea is that it creates an outlet for students, writers and the like to get their written works out to readers! It is also there as a resource and reference for those working on an essay. If you've got an essay you wrote for school, why just let it sit on your hard drive taking up space? A Quick Note Before you Enter
Wikipedia defines plagiarism as, "The act of plagiarizing: the copying of another person's ideas, text, or other creative work, and presenting it as one's own, especially without permission." This is the definition we use around here.
We understand that with the posting of written works, especially for school assignments, people will always try to steal them. If you are one of these people please leave. You are not welcome here. Also, we try to make it easy for instructors to detect this. Just search the text you think is plagiarized and it should come up if it came from this site. It's that easy, so you're an idiot if you try to take credit for our users' works.
This also applies to things you post. If you post something it must be YOUR OWN written work. If you think someone has posted your work without your permission please contact an administrator or moderator so that they may remove it.
However, one of the goals of this site is to provoke thought and provide information and resources for others' writings. Just don't copy verbatim what someone else has written, use your own words.
